The next edition of the Vakantiebeurs will take place from January 8 to 12, 2024 in Jaarbeurs, Utrecht. We, the team of Vakantiebeurs, are very much looking forward to welcoming you live.
Preparation for Vakantiebeurs
We greatly appreciate having you as a participant at Vakantiebeurs and allowing us to host you. We are happy to help you prepare. Through your contact at Jaarbeurs you will receive an email containing unique login information for My Jaarbeurs.
What is My Jaarbeurs?
My Jaarbeurs allows you to prepare your participation quickly and efficiently. You will find all the necessary information in one place and there is an Exhibitor Checklist ready for you. Here is an overview of what you can find within My Jaarbeurs:

- Marketing tools (online profile, invitations, exhibitor access)

* buffer zone open from 09.00 a.m.

Wednesday, January 8: 08.00 - 18.00 (Trade Day drinks 17.00 - 20.30)

*CAUTION Cars are NOT allowed in the halls all day. However, you can park at the halls and unload your car. You need to bring your own carts etc. for this
